The Details
  • Host up to 100 guests

  • Monday - Friday, business hours

  • $350 for half day (4 hours)

  • $500 for full day (up to 8 hours) 

  • Round tables seat 10 people

  • Rachel's House Catering preferred catering vendor

  • Outside food permitted ($65 kitchenette fee)

  • Sound system throughout interior and exterior

  • ADA compliant entrance and restroom

  • Linens and chafers available for rent

  • $50 Rattan Chair (showers only)

  • $50 set of 3 large photo frames for displaying photos or paper memorabilia

  • Customized for larger events

    • Tables & chairs for 61 - 100 guests​

    • 7 hours total access

Social Event 3 (7 hours) – $550
  • Open House style events*

    • Celebration of Life, Retirement parties, etc. ​

    • 6+ tables optional cocktail tables

    • 7 hours total access

*Excludes graduation parties, special packages available seasonally for grads

  • 70 guest maximum (to allow for needed floor space for bar area, DJ, dance. buffet, etc).

  • Round tables seat 10 people, buffet tables, wooden cross-back chairs & kitchen

  • Rachel's House Catering exlusive catering vendor

  • Outside caterer permitted ($200 kitchenette fee)

  • Sound system throughout interior and exterior

  • ADA compliant entrance and restroom

  • Linens and chafers available for rent

  • Wedding Pricing is $2500 for access 12PM Friday - 10AM Sunday for a Saturday wedding
